The mall is the worst place to find a good deal on a diamond engagement ring. A huge percentage of their sales goes to pay the extremely high rent. They only carry medium and lower quality diamonds, other jewelers pick the nicer stones. A family owned local store is a good bet. You can also do your research online. I like Blue Nile. Click on diamond jewelry/ engagement ring. Then use the price to find out what ring will fit into your budget. Use the sliders to find a diamond in the size, clarity, and color you want. I’m 18 and I live in Las Vegas, I was thinking of taking my portfolio to the Wynn jewelry store owned by Steve Wynn the owner of the casino and to show it to one of the jewelry sales clerks there and tell them if they can tell Mr. Wynn about me. Do you think it could work.

No it won’t work. You should study art and design at college/university. Then try get a job somewhere designing, just to get some experience of design, and then maybe make some prototypes, and try to organise a meeting with Mr. Wynn, to discuss? This may take a few years. Hope you work something out!! and i’m also very jealous you live in Vegas, I live in scotland and have visited vegas 3 times, i’ve only just turned 17, but plan to visit again soon haha, you’re all so nice and friendly!!
